General Conditions of Sale

Refunds and Guarantees

No refund will be granted after validation of the brief and start of execution of the service, in accordance with the aforementioned article L221-28.

Minor changes are included free of charge for 7 days after delivery, within the limits of what was agreed in the initial brief.

Claims and Disputes

In the event of a dispute or dissatisfaction, the Customer is invited to contact the Service Provider by email at contact.zenbot.tech@gmail.com to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, in accordance with French law.

Responsibility

The Provider makes every effort to ensure the quality of the service provided. However:

  • It cannot be held responsible for incorrect installation or integration of the chatbot by the Client (except for supported installation options).

  • It does not guarantee a specific commercial result (sales, leads, etc.).

  • The Client remains solely responsible for the use made of the chatbot on its site.

Delivery and execution

The service is carried out within 3 to 5 working days after full receipt of the brief and payment.

The Customer is responsible for providing all information necessary for the proper execution of the order. Any delay due to a lack of information on the Customer's part cannot be attributed to the Service Provider.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period,

  • products/services made to measure according to the Client’s specifications.

By validating his order and submitting his brief, the Client expressly waives his right of withdrawal, once the execution of the service has begun.

Prices and payment terms

Prices are indicated in euros (€) net of VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI).
Payment is due upon ordering, unless otherwise stated in a quote.

Payment is made:

  • By credit card via Stripe / PayPal

  • Or any other means specified on the site

No service will be provided without full receipt of payment.

Description of services

ZenBot is a turnkey AI chatbot creation solution, customized according to the Client's needs.
The offer includes in particular:

  • Configuring an AI chatbot based on an order form

  • Personalization of responses

  • Delivery within 3 to 5 working days after validation of the brief

  • Self-installation by the Customer (or optional assisted installation)

Details of the services are provided on the sales page or in the order form. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify its offers at any time.
